Nothing worse than being sick!

Callie has not been feeling very well the last day or so. She had a slight cough, but seemed to be fine. Last night I got up to check on her…sure enough she had 103 fever and could not stop coughing. After some ibuprofen and a little codeine (left over from a previous cough) she slept better. Later we’ll have some Tylenol, a eucalyptus bath, watch movies, have some chicken broth, try to take a nap and just take it easy.

I love you bubs...Get better soon!

My new addiction....

My new favorite addiction is sushi. I have a place close to home that I have on my speed-dial if I am craving it. I know the menu practically by heart and the owners
usually call me by name when I walk in the door.

A few months ago Jeff took me to this great place called Tsunami. OH, it was soooo good.
I am hooked on the seaweed salad, eel sauce and our new favorites are the DTH, Union and the Jenny rolls. If you ever get the chance you should try it. Call me, and I’ll go help you eat it. HINT!

Since Jeff and I didn’t get to celebrate Valentines together
he promised me sushi later. I can't hardly wait!
YUMMY!

Ice Breakers Tournament-St. George Utah

McCall and her team THE RED DEVILS competed in the Ice Breakers Soccer Tournament in St. George Utah this weekend. The first game they tied with McCall scoring the tie point in the last quarter. YEAH! The second game they lost….but came back the third game to win. Monday was the semi-finals which they won. Overall the girls took 3rd place in the U12 division.

Great job girls!

We had a really fun time hanging out with the team, other families and coaches. The girls went hiking to the narrows, swam in the pool, watched movies, ran through the hotel halls and laughed all weekend. We’ll be back next year to try for another victory!
GO RED DEVILS!
